Job Description Location: Edison Job Corps Center, Edison, NJ. This position is part of MTC’s employee group dedicated to providing quality services to local youth. Wage and Schedule $75,000 annually. Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday. Essential Functions Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction. Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits. Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/or instruction. Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines and recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe training environment. Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems. Education and Experience Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license. Two (2) years experience; at least one in the provision of a long-term facility and completion of a course in teaching adults or experience teaching adults.
