MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Overview 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech position paying $20-$24/hr. High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate’s degree in related field preferred. Require mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge and skills; ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics; problem‑solving skills and attention to detail; mechanical aptitude. Salary: $38,000 – $42,000 per year. Shift: Third shift (12 AM – 8 AM). Work hours: 12 AM – 8 AM. Education: High School. Responsibilities Follow and give directions and follow all safety rules and regulations. Communicate well with others. Read and write English. Work overtime as needed. Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize production. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to identify and repair issues quickly. Perform repairs and replacements on faulty equipment and machinery. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure production goals are met. Document all maintenance and repairs performed on equipment. Stay productively busy without supervision. Know how to properly use power tools and power equipment.
