Life Sciences Patent Agent | Prosecution & Counseling

Fenwick & West seeks a technology advisor or patent agent for its life sciences practice in Silicon Valley, Boston, or New York. A Ph.D. (or M.D. with research) in Chemistry or related fields is preferred. You will conduct prior art searches, analyze patents and papers, draft patent applications, and support post-grant procedures at the USPTO.
