Southside Dental Center is a locally owned private practice that's been serving the Monticello area since 1989. We're busy, growing, and looking for a full-time hygienist to join our team.

But we're probably not the right office for everyone.

Our philosophy is pretty simple: No Judgment.

A lot of our patients haven't been to the dentist in years. Some are embarrassed. Some are nervous. Some know their teeth are in rough shape and are finally ready to do something about it.

We don't lecture them.

We meet them where they're at, help them get healthy, and treat them like people.

We're looking for a hygienist who feels the same way.

And no boss three states away looking at a spreadsheet and telling you how to practice.

We're an established private practice with experienced doctors, a long-term team, modern technology, and a patient base that keeps us busy.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a licensed dental hygienist who is friendly, clinically strong, dependable, and comfortable talking with patients.

Experience is great, but we're much more interested in finding someone who fits our office and wants to stay somewhere for a while.
