Responsibilities: • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. • Handle payment transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security at all times. • Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment. • Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. • Assist in maintaining guest records and updating reservation systems accurately and promptly. Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
