The DiFilippo- Whittingham Agencies – Globe Life Liberty National Division is expanding throughout the Midwest and looking for friendly, motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team.
If you come from customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, or another people-focused role , your experience could be a great fit.
No insurance experience required — we provide the training and mentorship.

What You'll Do
This is a people-first, relationship-focused role where you'll work directly with local businesses and their employees.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet with businesses and employees in person
- Help employees understand available supplemental benefit options
- Assist with enrollments and answer questions
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
- Work toward individual and team goals

No previous insurance or benefits experience is required.
High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required.
Compensation & Schedule
This is an in-person, field-based position with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Location: In person
