Staffing Coordinator

Pulaski Health & Rehabilitation Center a 102 -bed skilled rehab center in Pulaski is seeking a scheduler. The Scheduler prepares four-week staffing ratios, maintains monthly nursing schedules for the Nursing Services Department, responds to employees’ requests for time off, and maintains daily overtime logs. The scheduler will also communicate with Staff Development Coordinator and Clinical Unit Managers regarding schedule changes needed for training and in-services. Experience with staffing ratios and scheduling preferred.
