Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. Opportunity As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to manage client service accounts and drive client engagement workstreams. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, maintaining top-quality deliverables and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
