Position Description

Position Summary

New River Electrical is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager, EPC Services to lead engineering execution and the development of internal engineering capabilities in support of EPC projects. The Engineering Manager has accountability for engineering performance, resource utilization, consultant management, technical quality, and engineering support of EPC project execution.

The Engineering Manager, EPC Services provides leadership, oversight, and accountability for all engineering activities associated with EPC projects, including substation, transmission line, distribution, energy storage, and related power delivery infrastructure projects. The position serves as the primary engineering leader supporting EPC Project Management teams and is responsible for ensuring engineering deliverables align with client requirements, project schedules, construction/outage sequencing, safety expectations, quality standards, and financial objectives.

This position plays a critical role in the continued development of New River Electrical's EPC Services organization. This role works closely with EPC Project Management, Construction Services, Procurement, Estimating, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to support successful project delivery and profitable growth.
