AtWork is seeking a compassionate Therapist to support individuals overcoming substance use, trauma, and post-incarceration challenges. Join a mission-driven team helping members rebuild their lives through accountability, healing, and hope. What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and group therapy (CBT, REBT, MI)
- Develop treatment plans and maintain documentation
- Facilitate daily group sessions (2-3 hrs)
- Collaborate with peer coaches, families, and re-entry staff
- Master's degree in behavioral health field
- AZ license (LAC, LMSW, or LAAC) or eligible within 6 months
- 2+ years behavioral health experience
- CPR/First Aid & crisis de-escalation certification
- Valid AZ driver's license & background clearance
- Mission-driven team making real change
- Supportive, positive work culture
- Weekday schedule - no weekends
