Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 DOE Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Baytown, TX

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility and assist with errands for the ownership team as needed. This role requires someone bilingual (English/Spanish) , who has open availability and can work independently with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Open availability
Must have a valid Texas driver's license
Must have own reliable transportation (you will be transporting items and running errands)
Must have PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, trustworthy, and reliable
Ability to follow directions and support the needs of ownership

Responsibilities

Perform daily housekeeping duties throughout the facility
Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with light organizing and facility upkeep
Run errands for ownership as needed (transporting items, picking up supplies, etc.)
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
