Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively. Qualifications What You Bring Reliable attendance and professional image - you show up on time, polished, and ready Charismatic, high-energy presence - extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy Goal-oriented and results-driven - you know your numbers and you care about hitting them Strong empathy paired with sales drive - you read the customer and adjust accordingly Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot - you resolve, you don't deflect Comfortable with POS systems and site technology Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) - strong plus in South Florida markets How You Show Up - Ecw Competencies Customer-Centric Approach - Demonstrates positive customer interactions, listens actively, and follows service standards to create a great customer experience.
