Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry.Job Summary:As a Retail Sales Associate at Hank's Fine Furniture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our Rogers store location.Responsibilities:Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferencesDemonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their requirementsUtilize effective sales techniques such as upselling to maximize revenue opportunitiesOperate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency for seamless transactionsMaintain a tidy and organized store environment by restocking merchandise and arranging displaysBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus to cater to diverse customer needsHandle cash transactions and operate cash registers securelyExperience:Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in furniture or jewelry sales, is advantageousAbility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional customer serviceFamiliarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skillsStrong communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is beneficialPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Capable of standing or walking for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 poundsFlexibility to bend, kneel, squat, and stoop as needed for customer assistance and merchandise organizationReach overhead or below waist level comfortably for product handling #J-18808-Ljbffr
