E-Billing Specialist

Location: West Palm Beach, FL: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote after training Role: Direct Hire Pay Range: $65,000–$85,000 Position Overview Seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to manage electronic billing for large institutional clients. Responsible for accurate and timely invoice submission, compliance with client billing guidelines, and resolution of billing rejections and discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit high-volume electronic invoices in accordance with client guidelines and fee agreements Manage client and matter setup within e-billing platforms Submit invoices, budgets, timekeeper rates, and accruals Monitor invoice status and resolve rejected or reduced invoices Prepare and submit billing appeals Research and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries Maintain accurate billing records and meet strict deadlines Assist with special billing projects as needed Qualifications 5+ years of legal e-billing experience; law firm experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of legal billing processes and outside counsel guidelines Experience with e-billing platforms such as TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume billing and multiple deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
