Are you a motivated sales professional who knows how to build relationships, earn trust, and close deals? Florida Blinds & More is looking for a talented, self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We specialize in high-quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters, helping customers transform their homes and workplaces with window treatments that fit their style, needs, and budget.

We bring the leads. You bring the sales skills. Our leads come directly from customers who have visited our website and contacted us about our products. You’ll meet with people who have already expressed interest—not work through a cold prospect list.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with customers and close sales: Meet with customers, understand their needs, demonstrate our products, and confidently explain the value of choosing Florida Blinds & More.
• Measure accurately and submit complete orders: Take proper measurements for each product and follow company procedures to prevent errors and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional service: Provide friendly, professional, and timely communication and follow-up with customers and our internal team.
• Manage your appointments and priorities: Stay organized, work independently, and adapt to scheduling needs while keeping commitments.
• Be a dependable team member: Participate in meetings and training, communicate respectfully, and help solve problems.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of relationship-based sales experience , with strong communication and closing skills.
• Knowledge of proper measuring techniques for window treatments.
• Confidence using a tablet and Microsoft Windows-based programs, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and company systems.
• A self-motivated, resourceful approach, strong critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions, ask questions when clarification is needed, and manage competing priorities.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

Territory & Travel

This is a traveling, in-home sales position with required travel to customer appointments throughout Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Volusia counties . Flexibility with appointment scheduling is essential.
