- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
- Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and communication flow.
- For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify the truck is properly loaded with all materials needed to complete the work.
- Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge with team members.
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and industry standards.
- Drive a company vehicle and ensure it is properly maintained.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required by law)
- Minimum of five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with crew partners
