Staffing Scheduler
Rivetus Rehabilitation
The Staffing Coordinator assures appropriate nursing staff are scheduled to meet resident care needs and regulatory requirements. This role also includes the below tasks:
• Daily staffing and scheduling
• Manages the clinical master schedule with the DON,
• Tracks attendance alongside staffing development
• Maintains staffing records
• Secures coverage for open shifts call offs, and vacations
• Support survey readiness by maintaining accurate staffing documentation
