Responsibilities

• Perform the automotive body work needed as outlined on repair order.
• Have a skill set for paint, prep, refinish and buffing.
• Understand and follow Collision Center safety guidelines, comply with OSHA specifications, wear and maintain appropriate safety equipment
• Work with management to perform repairs based on the estimated cost
• Identify and complete repairs effectively the first time, to minimize re-work and delay in production.
• Work in ways that decrease the possibility of injury to yourself or other team members in the shop 
• Adhere to Vanguard guidelines, policies and practices and acting ethically and with integrity at all times and with all employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years refinish technician experience
• ICAR Certification
• Strong and dependable work ethic
• Fast, eager and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform immediate task within target time frame
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
