Our Nuclear Medicine / PET-CT Technologists are essential to delivering the advanced outpatient imaging our patients and referring physicians depend on. Precision and clinical expertise: You perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures per physician orders and departmental protocols—every time, without fail. You administer radiopharmaceuticals accurately, record isotope dosages per established protocol, and produce diagnostic-grade images across a full range of studies including oncology imaging, Axumin, NETSPOT, amyloid, and cardiac exams. Physicians and radiologists count on what you produce.

Mastery of standards and systems: You bring deep knowledge of nuclear medicine physics, radiopharmaceutical handling, cross-sectional anatomy, and dual-energy CT protocols including iterative reconstruction. You are proficient in PACS and RIS systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation. Radiation safety and regulatory compliance are second nature to you.

Agility and autonomy: You manage your own workflow, keep your room ready, calibrate and QC instrumentation, and adapt to a high-volume outpatient schedule without needing constant direction. You evaluate image quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and prioritize what needs to happen next—on your own.

Patient empathy: Every patient receives your full attention—a clear explanation of the procedure, a thorough review of medical history and contraindications, and genuine care for their comfort and safety throughout what can be a lengthy and stressful exam. You're a strong fit if you have:

• NMTCB and/or ARRT (N) certification in Nuclear Medicine required

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) required

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Radiologic Technologist (where required)

• Current BLS / CPR certification

• 2+ years of Nuclear Medicine and/or PET/CT experience

• Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program from an AMA-approved school; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Experience with PET/CT studies including oncology, Axumin, NETSPOT, amyloid, and cardiac imaging

• Proficiency in dual-energy CT, iterative reconstruction, and advanced CT protocols

• Fluency in PACS, RIS, and digital image processing

• Working knowledge of ALARA, radiation safety regulations, and radiopharmaceutical handling protocols

• Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and teammates

• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision

• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture
