Manage new product introductions. Promote and sell displays for contracted clients of Merchandising Services. Verify expiration dates on all product received and on shelf. Check in the entire order, including cases and totes. Stocking, rotating, pulling discontinued items and dusting all HBC/GM departments each time the store is worked. Notify supervisor of any errors in shipping and/or outdated product. Fill out complete and accurate credit return forms. Ensure private label products are merchandised next to comparable national brands. Develop a good working relationship with member/retailers. Work on new items and replace slow or non‑selling items. Education and Experience No less than high school education; or up to one‑month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations The employee must maintain a valid Driver’s License. The employee must maintain an appropriate motor vehicle driving record. Other Skills and Abilities Knowledge of HBC/GM. Ability to work with little supervision. Dependable. Ability to use a two-step stool to reach and handle product.
