Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in accurately dispensing prescription medications to customers
Prepare and package prescriptions for delivery or pick-up
Label and organize medications, ensuring proper storage and inventory management
Maintain patient records and profiles, including updating information and medication history
Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care
Process insurance claims and assist with billing procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
Adhere to all relevant legal, professional, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a certified pharmacy technician program
Current certification as a pharmacy technician (e.g., CPhT, PTCB)
Proven experience working as a pharmacy technician (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, medical terminology, and prescription medications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Proficient computer skills and experience with pharmacy software systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
