Responsibilities Coordinate the intake of incoming shipments, ensuring items are verified and organized for optimal warehouse accessibility. Proactively supply production lines with necessary components to prevent downtime and maintain assembly momentum. Execute the loading of outbound freight, verifying shipment accuracy to ensure products reach their destination safely and on time. Maintain rigorous inventory integrity by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling data discrepancies within our management systems. Document all inventory transactions, including receipts and internal transfers, to provide real-time visibility into stock levels. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to operational protocols and utilizing required protective equipment at all times. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards and hazard prevention. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective team collaboration. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items, in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting. Proficiency with ERP systems or SAP for inventory tracking and reporting.
