Website Project Coordinator

Oxford Solutions is working with a retail-focused client seeking a Website Project Coordinator to support daily website content updates, campaign launches, and eCommerce initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing, eCommerce, or web content career looking to gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale online operations.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid. (Candidate local to Pittsburgh, PA area highly preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Support daily website updates, promotional launches, and online campaign execution
• Manage and update website content within a CMS platform, including homepage content, category pages, promotional banners, and static pages
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and project tasks using Workfront
• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, analytics, merchandising, and IT to support eCommerce initiatives
• Assist with website testing, personalization efforts, and content quality reviews
• Help ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met
• Communicate project status updates and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams
• Support ongoing improvements to the customer website experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related area (business, communications) with internship experience in related area (eCommerce, digital marketing, web content, project coordination)
• Experience working within a CMS or website content management environment preferred
• Exposure to Workfront or similar project management tools is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
