This role is for big thinkers with a proven sales track record, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to turn insights into revenue. If you're a naturally curious problem solver who loves connecting strategy to results, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Sell iHeartMedia's portfolio of News/Talk radio stations, local and national hosts, and News/Talkfocused podcasts
- Prospect and develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling
- Build strong, consultative relationships with advertisers and decision-makers
- Create compelling, results-driven marketing solutions for clients
- Consistently maintain a strong pipeline by conducting 810 client/prospect meetings per week
- Work collaboratively from the iHeartMedia office in your local market
What You'll Need:
- 23+ years of direct sales experience in radio, audio, or media sales
- A self-starter mentality with a strong "go-getter" attitude
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling ability
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
- Ability to prioritize daily activities based on shifting business needs
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma required (College degree preferred)

Compensation: This position will be paid on a 100% commission basis. Commission rates range from 4.0%-11.0%.
