Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Center (Experienced Providers Preferred)

WHAT YOU BRING

We are prioritizing candidates who bring direct Emergency Medicine APP experience .

We're especially interested in candidates who have :

• 1–2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience as an NP (strongly preferred)

• Comfortable managing a broad range of acuity levels

• Confident in independent clinical decision-making

• Strong team collaborator with physicians and nursing staff

• Providers with ICU or relevant acute care experience may also be considered, but Emergency Medicine experience is highly preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department

• Collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine physicians and care teams

• Perform procedures and manage acute and critical conditions

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous APP Emergency Center or ICU experience (Strongly Preferred)

• 4+ years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas (Preferred)

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES

• Required Certifications/Licensures: Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C), Basic Life Support (BLS), Department Specific Certifications may be required
