Role Overview As an Audit Manager, you’ll work directly with clients, staff, and partners on a variety of client engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments. In this role, you will: Manage audit engagements, including planning, scheduling, and setting engagement details Hold engagement teams to high accounting and auditing quality standards Review staff workpapers and audit documentation to maintain accuracy and quality Provide mentorship, coaching, and staff development opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure successful engagement completion At F&K, you’ll gain broad exposure across industries rather than being placed into a narrow niche, while growing alongside a collaborative team and an actively evolving firm.
