What you'll achieve As an AI Storage Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading AI storage proofs of concept and ensuring the successful integration of Dell storage solutions into customer AI environments. You will work closely with AI-native customers, Neocloud providers, and cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of AI Select Storage solutions while influencing future product improvements. You Will: Lead and execute end-to-end proofs of concept (PoCs), including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of Dell storage solutions within customer environments Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, translating business and technical requirements into optimized storage solutions for AI and machine learning workloads Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to accelerate solution adoption and drive continuous improvements through field feedback and best practices development Support successful integration of Dell storage into GPU infrastructure, AI data pipelines, and large-scale AI environments Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent customer engagements while helping scale Dell's AI Select Storage business Take the First Step Towards Your Dream Career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we're looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role within enterprise storage, data infrastructure, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical pre-sales Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot storage solutions in live customer environments Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute environments, and file, object, and block storage technologies Excellent communication and technical consulting skills with experience leading customer technical evaluations and proofs of concept Desirable Requirements Experience working with Neocloud providers, GPU cloud environments, or large-scale AI infrastructure deployments Hands-on experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, scale-out storage, parallel file systems, or object storage technologies Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
