Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Help individuals and families understand available benefit options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism

• Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records

• Provide responsive, client-focused support throughout the consultation process

• Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training

• Build long-term client relationships that support both client success and professional growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently

• Confident presenting information during virtual meetings

• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and digital tools

• Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work

• Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam capability
