Job Specifications Starting Wage: $19.00/hr Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Perform minor electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance and tasks assigned by supervisor. Help maintain an adequate inventory of materials, equipment and tools required to perform routine tasks without delays. All employees will actively participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote all company values relative to protecting the natural environment. Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner in a safe environment. Maintenance Department staff may be assigned other technical work within the department when maintenance crises occur or work in their technical field is reduced. This summary is a guide, not an all-inclusive description. May be required to work different shift schedules including one to two evening shifts per week. Must clean up the job site and work area when finished with the assigned task. Additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements High School graduate Experience with general maintenance including one of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, carpentry, locksmithing, or automotive repair Valid driver’s license, successful completion of MVR Use of a tablet and smart phone English proficiency Other Requirements Prefer experience maintaining facilities for hospitality, schools, retirement centers, or hospitals. Experience driving a skid steer or backhoe is encouraged but not mandatory. We seek employees with a broad skillset, willingness to learn, and who enjoy being part of a small team.
