Inside Sales Account Manager

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate is personable, driven, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Rather than spending your day making cold calls, you'll work with qualified opportunities and focus on building strong customer relationships and moving opportunities through the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Manage the sales process from qualified lead through closing
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Follow up on opportunities in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships
  • Meet individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset
