Location: Summerville, SC

Schedule:

First week 8-4pm, after that 7am (8-12 hr. shifts depending on the day)

Pay Rate: $23-25/hr + OT

Environment: Outdoor, loud, dirty, non–climate controlled

Industry: Concrete manufacturing (manhole production)

Job Description

We are hiring Concrete Laborers to support pipe

manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role

involves hands-on concrete repair, patchwork, quality inspection, and form

support. The ideal candidate has experience in general labor, construction, or

concrete finishing and is comfortable working in physically demanding

conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete pipes for cracks, chips, surface defects, and other imperfections.
• Perform patching and finishing using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials.
• Mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged sections.
• Assist with concrete form setup, stripping, and cleaning.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks routinely.
• Work in outdoor, industrial, non‑climate‑controlled conditions.

Must-Have Skills

• General labor experience
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Production or construction experience

This is a Contract position based out of SUMMERVILLE, SC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
