Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you'll be more than an expert in the lab—you'll be the guide who sets the standard for excellence. In this role, you'll balance lifesaving, hands-on patient care with the responsibility of mentoring, coaching, and empowering your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
• Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
• Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
• Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
• Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• High School Graduate / GED required
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Vocational School Graduate, or Vocational School Graduate
• BLS certification required
• ACLS required
• 2 years experience required
