Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed, Level 3 NICU with patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity
• Care for central lines and perform daily fluid changes
• Manage patients on noninvasive ventilation, including BCPAP and NAVA
• Care for post-surgical infants with ostomies and Broviac catheters
• Assist with procedures including central line placement and chest tube insertion
• Float to Mother/Baby couplet care and Pediatrics as needed; fulfill 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule with no required on-call

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
• Demonstrated ability to care for central lines, patients on NIV (BCPAP, NAVA), and post-surgical neonates with ostomies and Broviac catheters
• Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Isoprime (Neonatal Notes Manager) and Meditech a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with invasive mechanical ventilation in a neonatal setting
• Familiarity with specialized equipment including Oscillator, Drager, Therapeutic Hypothermia, and HHNC
• Strong communication skills with families and interdisciplinary care teams
