Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Night shift, 3 days a week (12-hour shifts).The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while promoting patient and employee safety.Responsibilities:Conduct nursing assessments on all patients within the first 8 hours of admission.Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.Engage in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care focusing on education and goal achievement.Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.Facilitate communication regarding patient status changes among care providers.Provide direction, training, and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.Ensure personal and environmental safety in line with hospital policies.Participate in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.Assume charge responsibility as directed after the orientation period.Actively pursue professional development through continuing education.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Current RN license.BLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
