As a Clinical Social Worker at our Community Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, utilizing telehealth services to ensure accessibility to mental health resources. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, and delivering telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individuals and groups.
  • \n
  • Documenting all client interactions promptly and accurately within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • \n
  • Providing crisis intervention and support, as required, while demonstrating mature judgment in complex situations.
  • \n
  • Receiving and integrating client feedback to improve therapeutic approaches and deliver effective treatment outcomes.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from children to adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come to us seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their emotional landscapes, facilitating personal insights, and empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The preferred candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • \n
  • A current license to practice as an LCSW or an equivalent designation.
  • \n
  • Demonstrable clinical competencies and familiarity with DSM V diagnostic criteria.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

  • Organizational skills to maintain an updated calendar and manage client appointments efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be highly regarded:

  • Professional experience in providing telehealth services.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

  • Proficiency using Google G-suite and TheraNest systems for client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level. Additionally, we provide competitive employee benefits, which include:
