Commercial CSR – Agri-business Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on Agri-business to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and support to clients while collaborating closely with account executives. If you have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, Compensation Package Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service and support to clients in the Agri-business sector Collaborate with account executives to ensure seamless service delivery Handle service work, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial insurance coverage and industry best practices Utilize AMS360 and Agency Zoom software to manage client accounts and documentation Contribute to the positive culture and team environment through active participation in company activities Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial CSR role (flexible for the right candidate) Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, particularly in Agri-business Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 and Agency Zoom software preferred Work Environment : Fully in-office role in Frederick, MD (hybrid option may be considered in the future) Soft Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
