Overview Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: Lincoln, NE 68512 (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $30.00 - $36.00/hour (W2 | No Benefits) Duration: 6‑Month Contract with Strong Potential for Extension (Up to 1+ Year) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) Flexibility to adjust schedule once or twice per month to support off‑shift employees. Working closely with the local HR Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR operations. Responsibilities Partner with HR and leadership to support daily HR operations. Serve as a resource for employee relations and HR‑related questions by leveraging the company's HR Shared Services model. Support HR systems and ensure data accuracy through local guidance and administrative support. Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives and events. Create professional HR communications, including emails, flyers, and text messages. Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. Manage and improve administrative HR processes. Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through completion. Qualifications Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ideal for candidates early in their HR career who are motivated to learn and grow. Self‑starter with a proactive, "go‑getter" attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong computer proficiency. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment in workplace and social settings. Previous experience in a fast‑paced environment is a plus.
