Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest level of service to the FB client. This individual must have proven success in retail sales and the ability to understand and represent a luxury brand.Examples of Duties:Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customersRecommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferencesDemonstrate timely follow up and follow through on customer requests and commitmentsEffectively utilize mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand businessEffectively utilize available client tools and resources to increase personal businessWork to develop long term customer relationshipsMaximize store cross selling opportunitiesDemonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the businessAssist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor and stock areaUnderstand and comply with inventory control proceduresAchieve department goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisManage back stock to insure selling floor is filled inCleaning of store areas to include but not limited to dusting, sweeping and vacuumingQualifications3-4 years of luxury sales experience with a proven track record of successExcellent customer service skillsMotivated and results drivenAbility to effectively work autonomously and as a team playerUnderstanding of point of sale systemsAbility to stand for long periods of timeHighly organized with a strong attention to detailMust have the ability to work a fulltime schedule based on the business needs and inclusive of evenings, weekends and holidays
