Compensation & Shift Rate of Pay: $16.75/hr – paid biweekly 1st Shift: 6am – 2:30pm, Mon. – Fri. 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11pm, Mon. – Fri. Key Responsibilities Sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation Scanning hard copy files to electronic images, assuring a quality image Following production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking Maintaining a clean work environment in the Imaging Center Adhering to the no cell phones policy on the production floor Other duties as specified by Supervisor/Manager Qualifications Familiarity with PC and other computer related products Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English Effective communication with coworkers and management Ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records Maintaining record order and sequence Detail oriented and accurate work Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work Adaptability to change and long durations of project assignments Independent work with minimal supervision Educational requirement: High School or less than 2 years of experience Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required Physical Requirements Dock Worker duties in a non-climate controlled environment Imaging Specialist may need to travel between non-climate control and climate-controlled work areas Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of 10–40 lbs. frequently Equal Opportunity Employer Iron Mountain is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, marital status, age, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status or other legally protected classifications under applicable federal, state, or local laws in making employment decisions.
