About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Operations for Cluster North, a key leadership role with a focus on driving the business strategy and P&L results across a portfolio of countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team, including Country Directors and Business Partners, to meet the company's ambitious growth goals. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in senior management, particularly in high-growth or marketplace business environments. The VP Operations will be a vital member of the COO's management team, providing thought leadership and partnering with global teams to steer the commercial and strategic direction of the business.
