Common projects include: Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis – buy-side and sell-side Accounting clean-up in preparation for transactions Acting as a point of contact during due diligence Acquisition diligence and financial modeling Responsibilities: Support Transaction Services engagements Develop reports, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables Contribute to business development efforts Engage in internal operations and team culture Mentor and train junior team members Qualifications: 2+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group required CPA is preferred, but not required Background in audit is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
