Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $88.50/hour before administrative fees

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs, lab results, and medical equipment
• Administer medication, including high acuity drips, arterial lines, and respiratory support like Bipap-Airvo
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatments and health management
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• Assist with patient transfers, discharges, and providing holistic care in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Current Missouri RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• 1+ year of recent PCU RN experience
• Strong skills in critical care, arterial line management, and high acuity drip administration

• Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, and Bipap-Airvo
