$55,000-$75,000 / year | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We’re launching a high-volume, 9-month build schedule targeting 8 custom decks per month . We have a full pipeline of back-to-back projects locked in, and we need an experienced, high-output Deck Contractor / Lead Carpenter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver High-Volume Builds: Construct, repair, and remodel residential decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces on tight schedules.
• Master Layout & Structural Framing: Interpret construction plans, measure accurately, and build rock-solid foundations, joists, beams, and support posts.
• Work Across Diverse Materials: Precision-install wood, composite, PVC, aluminum, and custom railings, stairs, pergolas, and privacy features.
• Lead the Job Site: Keep work sites clean, organized, safe, and running efficiently from initial layout to final walk-through.
• Own Quality Control: Identify structural issues, adhere to local building codes, and protect homeowner property at every stage.
• Client & Crew Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners and team members to ensure smooth project turnarounds.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: Extensive hands-on background in residential framing, deck building, or general carpentry.
• Pace & Stamina: The ability to handle a heavy workload—your crew is expected to build around 1 deck a week—while maintaining elite craftsmanship.
• Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of working with composite, pressure-treated lumber, PVC decking, and specialized rail systems.
• Problem-Solver Mindset: Quick at catching structural issues on-site and adept at construction math and project layouts.
• Dependability: Reliable transportation, your own trade hand/power tools, and the physical capability to handle daily heavy lifting on-site.
