About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of real estate strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic real estate planning, including site selection, market analysis, and long-term portfolio planning. This role also involves managing landlord relationships, overseeing program launches, and leading greenfield development and acquisition projects. The VP of Real Estate will be a key player in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that real estate strategies are integrated with the company's overall business operations. Applicants for the Vice President of Real Estate position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate management. A deep understanding of commercial lease agreements, real estate law, and market dynamics is essential, as is a proven track record in managing complex real estate transactions and projects. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and influence relationships at all levels.
