Job Description

Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-Rays, to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. The role requires a high level of technical skill and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray imaging procedures ensuring accurate results.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for each imaging procedure.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality throughout procedures.
• Document patient information and imaging details accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an approved AMA school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Prior experience or training in CT and X-Ray procedures.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Able to work variable shifts, including on-call and rotating weekends.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills.
