Scope of Work Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrate competency through the critical thinking nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Uphold the standards of professional performance, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health. Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) required. AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days. AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months. CRT-Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification – 2 years required. Primary Location SITE – Big Rapids Hospital – 605 Oak St – Big Rapids – CH West.
