Night Shift Warehouse Team Lead

1. 仓库运营管理 Warehouse Operations Management
① 监督和协调仓库日常运营，确保所有流程按计划高效运行
② 管理收货、拣货、包装和发货流程，确保符合客户和公司标准
③ 检查库存管理流程，确保仓库管理系统（WMS）数据准确，减少库存误差
2. 团队管理 Team Leadership① 领导和培训仓库团队成员，提高团队整体技能和绩效
② 制定工作计划并分配任务，确保团队成员高效完成工作
③ 提供绩效反馈，识别优秀员工并改进低绩效人员的表现
④ 确保团队遵守安全规程，减少事故和操作错误
3. 质量控制与安全合规 Quality Control & Safety Compliance① 检查货物质量，确保符合公司质量标准和客户需求
② 执行和监督安全规定，确保团队成员在安全环境下作业
③ 报告并解决运营问题，包括设备故障、库存错误和物流延误
职位要求1.大专及以上学历；
2.至少2年仓库运营经验，具备团队管理经验者优先
3.能够操作仓库设备（如叉车、托盘搬运车）者优先
4.掌握基本的计算机技能，能够使用库存管理和运输软件
5.熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PPT）进行数据管理和报告 6.具备较强的组织和时间管理能力，能够有效管理任务和优先级；优秀的沟通能力，能够与团队成员、上级和跨部门协作；具备解决问题和决策能力，能够快速应对仓库运营中的挑战 #J-18808-Ljbffr Cainiao GroupVacancy posted 3 days ago
