Inventory Coordinator

Coordinates a variety of inventory and distribution activities according to established policies and procedures. Ensures all requisitions have been filled accurately and completely.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinates tasks related to the receipt of supplies from vendors (validating order, verifying item quality, entering delivery information into department computer system).
• Ensures supplies are safely and functionally placed in storeroom using proper storage distribution techniques.
• Facilitates the continuous inventory of storeroom to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
• Communicates inventory updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.
• Coordinates the distribution of outgoing supplies to departments.
• Ensures all transactions are accurately documented and logged.
• Trains department staff in various inventory and distribution activities, according to established policies and procedures.
• Facilitates the cleanliness and organization of storeroom at all times.

Job Qualification

• Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $34.22-$34.22/hour.
