This is not a forklift operator role. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.* **Pay:** Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus* **Schedule & Shift:** Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45AM-2:45PM**THE DAY TO DAY...*** Work as part of a team having responsibility for handling materials for outdoor power equipment* Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location* Operates equipment needed to perform the job* Strict adherence to standard work* Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals* Records information in adherence to standard work**THE QUALIFICATIONS...*** Ability to communicate effectively* Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day* Must be able to use hands to position parts in place* Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment* Ability to work as part of a teamApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.## ***About AriensCo***Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
