Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customers and serve as their go-to resource for all order management needs.
In this dynamic role, you will manage the full order lifecycle from entry to post-delivery support while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of all order-related activities, including fulfillment, invoicing, and follow-up. You will proactively investigate and resolve customer inquiries by identifying root causes and delivering practical, customer-focused solutions.
As a trusted partner internally, you will work alongside Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Quality teams to align processes and meet both customer and business expectations. You will also monitor key service performance metrics such as OTIF and Perfect Order while handling customer complaints efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office; AS400 or JDE experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
